Pastors
Antioch is led by our Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ (Colossians 1:18; 1 Peter 5:1-4). Under his authority is our plurality of pastors (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:6-9). We view pastors as spiritually mature, male servant leaders who are responsible for the care and instruction of church members.
